Musician / Sound Artist Based in Yokohama

DNS is a member of the audiovisual project “DNS + Rustyhead” and co-founder of Tokyo’s audiovisual series Synesthesia Array. His performances have reached major cities across Asia, including Tokyo, Morioka ,Seoul, Busan, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.

He has been invited to a number of leading festivals, such as the , WeSA Festival 2025 ( Seoul ) , Synesthesia Array Tokyo Vol 1-3 Tokyo Ambient Days, Planned Accidents ART Festival (Seoul), the Busan International Modular music Festival, the “Modular Commune ” Festival (Beijing, 2024/2025), as well as the Tokyo FOM (2023/2025), Asian FOM festival (2023), and MOTS Tokyo (2022).

Blending ambient, industrial, and Drone influences, DNS uses synthesizers as his primary medium. His live sets channel the explosive energy of rock while embracing narrative-driven structures, creating immersive and visceral sonic experiences.

Celebrating its 12th edition, the WeSA Festival returns as an immersive sensory experience—expanding beyond “listening” to become a festival felt through skin, bone, and air. Artists from nine countries, including Italy, France, the United States, China and Japan, gather to present a world of sound that resonates not only in the ears, but throughout the entire body.

Over three days, performances unfold at THILA Ground, a space designed specifically for sound. Walls and air vibrate, shaping the physical presence of sonic forms. Workshops led directly by festival artists invite the audience to participate more deeply. Here, you are not merely a spectator—you become part of the work itself, moving and sensing alongside the sound.
